The role
We are looking for an experienced roofer/slater to join our directly employed team, working on planned and responsive programmes across housing association, NHS and heritage contracts in the North West.
What you will be doing
- Slate and tile reroofing, repairs and storm work across occupied properties
- Heritage roofing on listed buildings — natural slate, stone slate and lead detailing
- Working alongside our joiners and brickwork teams on planned schemes
- Recording completed work through our job management app
What we are looking for
- Time-served roofer with a track record on domestic and commercial pitched roofs
- CSCS card and full UK driving licence
- Heritage slate experience an advantage — training provided for the right person
- Pride in leaving a tidy site and communicating well with residents
