The role
A site joiner comfortable across first and second fix, kitchen installation and fire door work, joining our multi-trade team on planned works programmes across the North West.
What you will be doing
- First and second fix joinery on refurbishment programmes
- Kitchen replacements across social housing schemes
- FD30/FD60 fire door installation and remedials
- Occasional heritage work alongside our conservation team
What we are looking for
- Time-served joiner with site experience in occupied properties
- CSCS card and full UK driving licence
- Fire door installation experience an advantage
