Most of our disabled adaptations work is delivered through Disabled Facilities Grant funding, working closely with occupational therapists and local authority adaptations teams. We:
- Quote against OT specifications
- Liaise with the DFG team on funding decisions
- Schedule sensitively around the tenant’s needs
- Deliver to spec, on time, and within budget
- Provide all documentation the funding body needs
