DLP Services has been reappointed to a regional NHS estates framework covering multiple trusts across the North West.
The reappointment extends more than a decade of continuous work delivering planned and reactive building maintenance to hospitals, community clinics, and mental-health estates.
Why the reappointment matters
Framework panels of this kind are competitive, and trusts value contractors who can demonstrate consistent delivery over long periods. Our directly employed workforce — gas engineers, electricians, plumbers, joiners, decorators — means the trust gets the same faces year after year, working to the same standard.
NHS estates aren’t the kind of buildings you can turn up and learn on. You need trades who know the ward layouts, the infection-control rules, the out-of-hours protocols. That’s what we’ve built up here over 12 years.
What’s next
The new framework runs for four years with an option to extend. Work begins in the coming quarter.
